Juli Stempel, Co-founder of The Center for Integrated Health and Healing, LLC

Juli Stempel began practicing massage therapy in 1992 after graduating from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Since then she has performed over 8,000 treatment hours. While she works effectively with clients of all ages, she specializes in working with seniors. She has extensive experience and sensitivity when working with individuals living with pain from arthritis, chronic muscle contraction or reduced flexibility.

In addition to employing numerous modalities in her work, including Neuro-muscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Muscle Release Therapy, Ms. Stempel also practices S.C.E.N.A.R. biofeedback. Gentle electro-stimulation energizes the natural healing processes of the body.
