Juli Stempel, Co-founder of The Center for Integrated Health and Healing, LLC

Juli Stempel is from North Florida. After spending twenty years in the Chicago area she located in Asheville, NC, to complete an undergraduate degree in computer science and a masters in entrepreneurship.

After practicing massage therapy for nearly twenty years, she is excited to be working with clients in Brain State Conditioning™ She originally experienced brain training in 2007 and was amazed that within a few weeks the constant mental fog she had grown accustomed to had virtually disappeared.
